This is a hands-on customer-facing role within a trade supply environment servicing pest control technicians and trade-based customers.
The client needs someone reliable who can start quickly, confidently manage customers, and support the day-to-day running of the branch.
Long term, the successful person may grow into a 2IC/support role assisting branch management.
Pay Rate: Approx. $35$37/hr casual
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am 4:00/4:30pm
Additional Hours: Some Saturday flexibility may be required
Key Responsibilities:
- Front counter customer service
- Processing POS transactions
- Cash handling and reconciliation
- Data entry and general administration
- Opening and closing store procedures
- Assisting trade customers with orders and enquiries
- Supporting daily branch operations
- Maintaining store presentation and organisation
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Preferred Backgrounds
- Hardware/trade retail
- Industrial customer service
- Trade counter sales
- Internal sales/support
- Pest control industry exposure (helpful but not essential)
