You'll be working in a structured warehouse and production environment supporting dispatch and admin functions across site. This is a hands-on role that sits between the office and warehouse floor, helping coordinate orders, stock movement and daily dispatch activities. Being comfortable using an ERP system (D365 or similar) to manage orders and ensure everything moving through site is accurate, on time and aligned with operations. This role suits someone who understands warehouse processes and is confident working across both admin and operational teams.
What you'll do
- Coordinate dispatch activities and support daily order processing
- Manage data entry and updates through ERP systems (D365 or similar)
- Liaise with warehouse, production and transport teams
- Track stock movement and ensure accuracy across systems
- Support general warehouse administration and documentation
Experience you'll need
- Experience in dispatch, warehouse administration or logistics support
- Strong ERP experience (D365 highly regarded, or similar systems)
- Comfortable working between office and warehouse environments
- Confident communicator who can engage with teams on-site
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
