About the Role
We are seeking an experienced EHS Administrator to support a global project focused on enhancing organisational Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) governance. This role will be responsible for project managing, collating and consolidating EHS risk registers from 20+ global sites/regions into a single unified global document.
The successful candidate will also identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for best practice, ensuring alignment with organisational EHS frameworks.
Remote work is supported; however, flexibility to work across global time zones is required to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the project to consolidate site-level and regional EHS risk registers into one global risk register.
- Gather, review, and validate EHS risk data from 20+ international locations .
- Identify gaps, overlaps, and areas for improvement within existing risk documentation.
- Recommend best practice approaches to strengthen global EHS risk management.
- Liaise proactively with site leaders, regional managers, and EHS stakeholders worldwide.
- Ensure the final consolidated global EHS risk register meets organisational and compliance expectations.
- Prepare progress updates, reports, and supporting documentation as required.
- Proven experience in EHS administration, EHS coordination, or EHS project roles .
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex data collation and documentation projects .
- Strong understanding of EHS risk registers, hazard identification, and risk control principles .
- Excellent organisational, written communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Experience working across global teams or multi‑site environments desirable.
- 6‑month contract with potential extension depending on project requirements.
