About the Roles
Warehousing
- Receive, unload, and manage incoming deliveries
- Inspect stock and report any damaged or missing items
- Store products correctly and maintain organised inventory
- Pick and pack materials for dispatch
- Load and unload trucks using warehouse equipment
- Complete stocktakes and maintain accurate records
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (where licensed)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Follow all site safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team
Site Administration
- Support site-based administration functions
- Assist with training processes and systems (desirable)
- Utilise computer systems with a strong focus on intermediate Excel skills
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
What You'll Need
- Current Standard 11 (essential)
- Current Driver's Licence (essential)
- Forklift Licence and warehousing experience OR Site Administration experience (essential)
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Australian Working Rights (unrestricted)
- Coal Board Medical (desirable)
