We are seeking multiple experienced Flexographic Printers to join a well-established company representing a leading global brand in the printing and packaging industry.

You will be responsible for setting up and operating flexographic printing presses, maintaining high print quality, troubleshooting equipment issues and ensuring production targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate flexographic printing presses.
- Prepare inks and adjust press settings to meet job specifications.
- Monitor print quality, colour accuracy and consistency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and meet production targets.
- Previous experience operating flexographic printing presses is essential.
- Experience in the labels, packaging or commercial printing industry is highly desirable.
- Narrow web flexographic printing experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with die-cutting, embossing, foiling, laminating or screen printing is advantageous.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
