You will be joining a small, experienced civil team delivering self-performed works, with long-term work continuity and strong site leadership. Attitude and culture fit is valued the same as skill.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate John Deere 670 Grader or similar with various controls
- Use Topcon UTS for final trim works
- Read plans and set up your work
- Work with the civil crew to keep the job moving
- Jump on other gear if the crew needs a hand
Site & Role Information
- Location: Acacia Ridge
- Employment: Permanent full-time role
- Start: Immediate start available
What We're Looking For
- Experience operating GPS graders (Topcon preferred)
- Final trim experience on civil projects
- Ability to read plans and work independently
- Good attitude and team mindset
