About the Role
AWX is seeking a reliable and hands-on Grounds & Maintenance Labourer to join our client's team in Bunbury .
This is a varied role that combines site maintenance, groundskeeping, forklift-related duties, and general operational support. Full training will be provided by the client, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn .

- Monday to Thursday (4 x 10-hour days), or Monday to Friday (5 x 8-hour days)

Key Responsibilities
Daily Duties
- Check and restock chemicals
- Conduct forklift safety checks
- Manage recycling and maintenance bins
- Remove, sort and restack pallets
- Check compactors and surrounding areas
- Dispose of damaged pallets
- Assist with truck unloading and pallet movements
- General site cleaning and rubbish collection
Weekly Duties
- Conduct utility meter readings including water, electricity and gas
- Check oil, water and diesel levels on backup generators
- Monitor chemical stock levels and storage areas
- Place chemical orders when required
- Unload chemical deliveries and record invoices
Additional Duties As Required
- Pressure clean external areas
- Move and dismantle machinery
- Maintain lawns, gardens and trees
- Maintain reticulation systems
- Replace soap and sanitiser dispensers
- Repaint and line-mark car bays
- General site maintenance tasks
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current Forklift Licence (essential)
- Previous experience in labouring, maintenance, groundskeeping, warehouse or similar environments
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual duties
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transport and a strong attendance record
