About the Role:
You'll be responsible for completing general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep across a range of commercial and industrial facilities. Using your trade skills and problem-solving abilities, you'll assist with planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring sites remain safe, functional, and presentable.
Duties Include:
- General building and property maintenance
- Repairs to fixtures, fittings, doors, and equipment
- Basic carpentry, patching, and painting work
- Site inspections and preventative maintenance
- Responding to maintenance requests as required
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
What You'll Need:
- Previous handyman, maintenance, facilities, or trade assistant experience
- Own hand and power tools
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport (mandatory)
- White Card (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Full Australian working rights
Important Information:
Own transport is essential as sites are not accessible via public transport.
Opportunities available in both Caboolture and Pinkenba.
Candidates must be comfortable travelling between sites when required.
