Business Services Officer (Casual- Logan
$33.36-$36.00 per hour
38 hours per week (Temporary/Casual)
Support the City Safety and Liveability Branch with efficient, reliable business and systems services that directly impact the community.
What you'll be doing:
• Providing administrative support across programs including:
- Safe City
- Animal Management
- Community Safety
- Biosecurity & Operations
• Managing and reviewing customer enquiries with a strong service focus
• Supporting annual animal registration and licensing programs
• Data entry and maintenance across corporate systems
• Preparing statistics, reports and maintaining registers
• Contributing ideas to improve processes and systems
What you'll bring:
• Strong database and computer system experience
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage deadlines and competing tasks
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• A positive, team-focused mindset
• Current C Class driver's licence
• Q Fever vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
Level 3 applicants will also demonstrate advanced knowledge of licensing, animal management processes, infringement systems and relevant Local Laws.
