What you'll do
• Promote and maintain high safety standards across multiple job sites
• Provide guidance and support to teams on safety procedures and compliance
• Conduct safety assessments, monitoring, and reporting activities
• Ensure compliance with ISO and Federal safety accreditation standards
• Manage workloads effectively while meeting project deadlines
• Foster a positive and proactive safety culture across the business
What you'll need
• Tertiary qualification in Safety, OHS, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role within construction or a related industry
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Passion for workplace safety and people's wellbeing
