About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Inventory & Branch Support Officer to join a fast-paced trade supply environment servicing pest control technicians and trade-based customers. This is a hands-on role focused on inventory coordination, customer service, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch.
The successful candidate will be confident working in a busy environment, capable of managing stock processes accurately, and committed to delivering excellent service to customers. This position also offers long-term growth opportunities, with potential to progress into a 2IC/support role assisting branch management.

Roster
Week 1:
Wednesday - 5:00am 5:00pm
Thursday - 5:00am 5:00pm
Friday 5:00am to 5:00pm

Week 2:
Monday - 5:00am 5:00pm
Tuesday 5:00am 5:00pm
Saturday 5:00am to 3:00pm
Sunday 5:00am to 1:30pm

Key Responsibilities
Inventory control and stock management
Receiving, checking, and processing incoming stock
Maintaining accurate stock records and data entry
Assisting with stock replenishment and organisation
Front counter customer service and trade support
Processing POS transactions and cash handling
Opening and closing branch procedures
Supporting daily branch operations and administration
Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse/store environment

About You
Preferred Backgrounds
Inventory or warehouse coordination
Hardware or trade retail
Industrial customer service
Trade counter sales or internal sales support
Pest control industry exposure (advantageous but not essential)

Key Attributes
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Confident using computer systems and POS platforms
Able to work autonomously and manage priorities
Strong communication and customer service skills
Leadership potential and willingness to grow
Stable employment history
Available for an immediate or quick start
