Supply Chain & Inventory Coordinator (Entry Level & Experienced Opportunities) for the Mining Sector

This role offers exposure to procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, SAP transactions, stock control, reporting, and supply chain administration within a fast-paced industrial and mining services environment.
About the Role
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will play a key role in supporting inventory accuracy, procurement activities, inbound logistics, stock movements, reporting, and operational administration.
Responsibilities may include :
- Processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Managing goods receipts and stock movements within SAP or ERP systems
- Coordinating inbound deliveries and maintaining inventory records
- Processing supplier invoices and assisting with reconciliations
- Raising customer sales orders and maintaining operational registers
- Managing stock counts, inventory reconciliations, and reporting activities
- Coordinating logistics documentation, delivery dockets, and proof of delivery records
- Monitoring inventory levels and supporting replenishment activities
- Assisting with forecasting, scheduling, and inventory planning
- Updating production and stock movement records
- Supporting month-end reporting and administration activities
- Maintaining accurate data and records to support operational performance
- Liaising with suppliers, transport providers, and internal stakeholders
Who We Are Looking For
Entry-Level Candidates

You may have:
- A certificate, diploma, or studies in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Warehousing, Administration, or Accounting
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred experience includes:
- SAP or other ERP systems
- Inventory control and stock reconciliation
- Purchase requisition and procurement processes
- Logistics coordination and transport documentation
- Reporting and data analysis using Excel
- Working within mining, resources, manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments
