What you'll do
- General labouring across civil and construction sites
- Assist with site preparation, trenching, concreting, pipe laying and earthworks
- Operate basic machinery and equipment to move materials and support site operations
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively on site
- Manual handling including loading, unloading and moving construction materials
- Support tradespeople, machine operators and supervisors with day-to-day site tasks
- Maintain clean, safe and organised work areas
- Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture
Tickets & experience you'll need
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Construction White Card (or ability to obtain)
- Previous civil or construction labouring experience highly regarded
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour in outdoor environments
- Flexible and willing to work extended hours when required
- Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions safely
