An established and growing property services business is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Team Leader to join its expanding team.

About the Role
Working across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial sites throughout Brisbane and surrounding suburbs, you will be responsible for leading a small maintenance crew while ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor and support a landscape maintenance team
- Work closely with management, team members and clients
- Deliver high-quality landscape maintenance services across multiple sites
- Complete job reports and identify maintenance improvements
- Conduct audits on new and existing maintenance projects
- Provide effective on-site problem solving and quality control
- Perform hands-on maintenance duties including:
- Mowing, edging, hedging, pruning and mulching
- Weed and pest management
- Irrigation troubleshooting and maintenance (highly regarded)
You will ideally possess:
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance
- Experience leading or supervising a small team
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Physical fitness suited to outdoor work
