AWX Executive is partnering with a growing and highly regarded commercial landscaping contractor to recruit an experienced Landscape Site Supervisor .

You'll play a key role in coordinating site activities, leading crews, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
About the Role
As the Landscape Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations across multiple commercial landscaping projects throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas. You'll be responsible for planning works, coordinating labour and subcontractors, managing site safety, and ensuring exceptional project outcomes.
This role will suit an organised and proactive supervisor who enjoys balancing site leadership, client engagement, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Supervise landscape crews, subcontractors, and labour hire personnel.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and resources to maximise productivity.
- Monitor project progress and adjust work programs as required.
- Maintain site documentation including variations, delays, deliveries, and completed works.
- Act as the primary site contact for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Lead, mentor, and support site teams to achieve project objectives.
- Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with WHS requirements.
- Uphold high standards of workmanship, professionalism, and site presentation.
To be successful in this position, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience supervising commercial landscaping projects.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction methodologies and site sequencing.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple work fronts, resources, and subcontractors.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a hands-on approach.

- Current driver's licence, with relevant industry tickets highly regarded.
