We’re on the lookout for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Team Leader who enjoys being hands-on, leading from the front, and delivering quality work across residential and commercial sites.

About the Role
You’ll lead a small maintenance crew across sites throughout Brisbane and surrounding suburbs, working closely with management and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring a small landscape maintenance team
- Delivering consistent, high-quality landscape maintenance across multiple sites
- Hands-on work including mowing, edging, hedging, pruning, mulching
- Weed and pest control
- Identifying issues and completing job-specific reporting
- Conducting site audits and quality checks
- On-site problem solving and quality control
- Irrigation maintenance and troubleshooting (highly regarded)

Requirements Essential:
- Construction White Card
- Current Driver’s Licence (manual preferred)
- RII machinery tickets
- Chemical handling accreditation
- Certificate II or III in Landscape / Horticulture
