About the Role
We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Labourer
to join our client's team based in Eastern Creek
. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who is looking for long-term stability and career progression
.
Our client is specifically looking for a motivated individual who can grow within the business and step into a future 2IC (Second-in-Charge) and supervisory role
.
In this position, you will play an important role in ensuring high-quality products are manufactured, assembled, and packed efficiently to meet customer demand.
Key Responsibilities
·Operate production machinery following established procedures and guidelines
·Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are maintained
·Assemble and manufacture wire ropes, wire rope slings, chain slings and other lifting, rigging and safety products
·Packing products according to specifications
·Maintain a clean and organised workspace
·Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
Your availability to meet shift requirements is essential.
What You'll Need
·Previous manufacturing or production experience
· Forklift Licence (Mandatory)
·Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
·Strong communication and reliability
·Good numeracy skills
·Solid understanding of workplace safety procedures
·Strong attention to detail and initiative
·Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
