AWX are sourcing experienced Window Manufacturing Labourers
You will be working with one of Australia's leading Windows & Doors Companies located in Cooranbong
This role is Monday to Friday
The workday will usually kick off at 6am
You will be assembling windows & doors
Rate: Depending on skill set $32 - $36 per hour

What we're looking for
·Experience working with Aluminium Windows and Doors is preferred
but not essential. Full training and support for this role can be offered to the right candidate/s.
·Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
·Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
·A proactive attitude and the ability to meet deadlines
·Strong communication and teamwork skills
·Be able to learn quickly, reliable and work in a structured, safe and tidy manner
·A willingness and commitment to grow with us
·Proficient in the use of power tools and machinery required for window and door production
·Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
·Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
·Current Forklift license
Day-to-Day Requirements
·Fabricate and assemble Aluminium windows and doors
·Performing quality checks and ensuring products meet safety and performance standards
·Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
·Collaborating with the production team to optimise workflows and processes
·Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
