About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Pallet Repairers to join a busy warehouse and production environment.
This position is ideal for candidates looking for flexible, casual work with the opportunity to move into ongoing full-time rostered hours as they become available.
Initially, this role will involve on-call and relief coverage for:
- Annual leave
- Sick leave
- Absenteeism
- Increased production demands
Successful candidates must be available to work across a rotating range of shifts, including:
- Day Shift: 6:00am 2:00pm
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm 10:00pm
- Night Shift: 10:00pm 6:00am
As permanent roster vacancies open, full-time hours will be offered to suitable and reliable workers as soon as possible.
What You'll Be Doing
- Repairing and rebuilding pallets using pneumatic nail guns
- Operating hand and power tools including hammers and grinders
- Working within a fast-paced production environment
- Assisting with warehouse duties and truck loading when required
- Manual handling up to 20kg
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For
- Recent experience using pneumatic nail guns and hand tools (essential)
- Previous experience in pallet repair, construction, framing, roofing, or similar trades highly regarded
- Forklift licence and experience handling oversized or irregular freight advantageous
- Physically fit and comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks
- Reliable transport and current driver's licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Full Australian working rights (no working holiday visas)
