We’re seeking an experienced Principal Business Analyst to play a lead role in a large, complex health ICT environment supporting major hospital and clinical capability initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive business analysis across high-impact programs with real outcomes for patient care.
What you’ll do:
• Lead end-to-end business analysis across large, complex ICT programs
• Drive requirements elicitation, scoping, work packages and delivery alignment
• Lead business process modelling (BPMN) and stakeholder workshops
• Provide strategic advice to senior program leadership
• Mentor and guide other business analysts within the program
• Work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused, enterprise environment
What you’ll bring:
• Proven experience as a Principal or Lead Business Analyst on large ICT programs
• Strong background in government and/or healthcare environments
• Deep experience with business process modelling (BPMN)
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead multi-disciplinary teams
• Pragmatic, delivery-oriented mindset with strong documentation skills
The details:
• Casual Contract: 12 months with possible extension
• Location: On-site – Fortitude Valley, QLD
• Start: ASAP (subject to checks)
