Roles Available:
1. Production Packer - Inala
Typical Tasks & Duties:
- Operating labelling, filling, and bottling equipment used in honey production
- Mixing, heating, and monitoring honey products to meet quality and consistency standards
- Conducting cleaning and sanitation of production areas to comply with food safety requirement
2. Production Packer - Carole Park
Typical Tasks & Duties:
- Operating mixers, ovens, and processing equipment used for bakery filling production
- Monitoring cooking and blending processes to ensure products meet specifications
- Labelling, packing, and preparing finished products while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
3. Production Packer - Rocklea
Typical Tasks & Duties:
- Performing heavy lifting and manual handling of goods in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ensuring quality control by checking products for defects before packaging
- Packing, sorting, and labeling products efficiently to meet daily production targets
About You:
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/process environment
- Some knowledge of HACCP, GMP, OH&S, and/or handling food products appropriately
- Must be able to work in a cold environment (approx. 1-4 degrees Celsius)
- Driver's license and own transport are essential
- Must pass a functional and drug test
- Must be able to supply 2 recent references
- Must be available to work a 38-hour week (not suitable for those with restrictions on working hours)
