AWX is currently seeking a Production Line Leader to join a well-established food manufacturing site in Davenport, WA.
About the Role
As a Line Leader, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of your production line, ensuring safety, quality, and output targets are met while supporting and guiding your team.
Shifts available:
- Day Shift: 6:00am 2:00pm (mon - fri)
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm 10:00pm (mon - fri)
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise production staff on the line
- Coordinate daily production activities and workflow
- Ensure safety, quality, and hygiene standards are maintained
- Support training and onboarding of new team members
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and management
- Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production running smoothly

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Line Leader, Team Leader, or Senior Operator
- Background in food production or manufacturing preferred
- Strong people and communication skills
- Safety-focused with a hands-on leadership style
- Comfortable working in a cool environment (approx. 7°C)
- Reliable transport and strong attendance record
