AWX is seeking Production Line Packers for a well established food packaging plastics manufacturer with 20+ years of industry success. As part of our clients continued growth, they are excited to be launching a new Queensland facility and are now seeking experienced Production Packers to join their production team.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring products are packed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Packing finished products according to specifications and customer requirements
- Conducting visual quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Labelling, weighing, and preparing products for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Assisting with production line operations as required
- Monitoring product quality and reporting any defects or issues
- Accurately completing production and packing records
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maximise efficiency and minimise waste
About You:
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, packing, or warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Good communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude
- A reliable and strong work ethic
- Commitment to workplace safety and following procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and grow with the business
