We're looking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist to join a well-established over-55s caravan park in the Warilla (Wollongong) area. This is a part-time opportunity offering consistent hours across a 4-day work week, including weekends.
If you enjoy working with people, have strong organisational skills, and are comfortable in a front-facing role, this could be a great fit. The majority of the park consists of permanent residents, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships and see many familiar faces day to day.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing reception and being the first point of contact for residents and visitors
• Booking sites and coordinating maintenance requests
• Handling general administrative tasks and enquiries
• Supporting day-to-day operations of the park
Days of Work:
This role is 4 days per week, including Saturday and Sunday
.
The weekday shifts are typically Wednesday and Thursday, however some flexibility can be offered for the right candidate.
Hours:
Weekday hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
Weekend hours are 10:00am to 4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
Pay rate:
$33.41 per hour base rate for weekdays, with penalty rates applied for weekend shifts.
What We're Looking For:
• Previous reception or administration experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a community-focused environment (predominantly permanent residents)
• Reliable, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
