Salary:

  • Support return-to-work coordination by liaising with insurers, host clients, and internal stakeholders to facilitate claims progression and recovery outcomes
  • Lodge workers’ compensation claims across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant documentation requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within injury management systems
  • Assist with payroll-related activities, including wage calculations and reimbursements for injured workers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage shared inboxes and prioritise high volumes of requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Collate and maintain common law and claims data, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Provide support to Advisors through reporting, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure recovery actions are progressed effectively
  • Manage injuries treated under the Early Intervention program
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, insurers, and external stakeholders to support positive recovery outcomes
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Recover At Work Administrator to join our growing team! In this role you will be responsible for injured employees, their managers, host clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a supportive return to work program.

You will also be responsible for:
  • Support return-to-work coordination by liaising with insurers, host clients, and internal stakeholders to facilitate claims progression and recovery outcomes
  • Lodge workers’ compensation claims across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant documentation requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within injury management systems
  • Assist with payroll-related activities, including wage calculations and reimbursements for injured workers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage shared inboxes and prioritise high volumes of requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Collate and maintain common law and claims data, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality

You will also have:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide direction on requirements for worker’s compensation claims and suitable duties support
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Ability to work within a team and autonomously where needed to achieve required outcomes within specified deadlines/time frames
  • Highly proficient in the use of technology; Microsoft suite of products, and online injury management software
  • Understanding of the Recover at Work process and responsibilities
