The Opportunity
Due to continued success and growth, we are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Western Australia team.
This is a full time, work from home position , offering the flexibility to work remotely while being supported by a collaborative and experienced team.
If you have experience working in Employment Services or Customer Service/Administration and are looking to transition into Recruitment, this could be the role for you!
In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing candidates to increase market presence and support business growth.
- Identify, screen, interview and place candidates.
- Recruit high volumes of blue collar candidates.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and clients.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Ensure database accuracy and complete general administrative tasks.
- Motivated, autonomous and results driven.
- Experienced in a customer focused role (Recruitment experience is a bonus, but not essential).
- Someone with drive, urgency and a positive attitude.
- Persistent, resilient and determined to achieve great outcomes.
- Eager to learn, be part of a supportive team and have fun while doing it.
