We're seeking a confident and organised Sales Administrator / Project Support Officer to join a busy Bathurst-based team during an exciting period of growth. This is a medium-term temporary opportunity through to the end of June 2026, with potential for extension or transition into a permanent role.
You'll work closely with the finance, administration, and operations teams, providing essential sales support, customer service, and project coordination assistance. Training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to grow and develop within a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process orders and send accurate quotes
- Track and trace deliveries, liaising with warehouse and logistics teams
- Keep records and registers up to date
- Communicate with customers about order progress and delivery status
- Assist with filing, stationery orders, credit requests and reconciliations
What you'll need
- Experience in administration, order processing or customer service
- Strong attention to detail, time management and clear communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- A reliable, proactive, and team-focused attitude
