You Will Need:
- Proven experience in civil construction or roadworks
- Roller Ticket (essential)
- Immediate availability
- Ability to operate roller and assist with general civil labouring duties
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Current and valid driver's licence with reliable transport
- Physically fit, hardworking, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening checks
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Safety-conscious with the ability to follow WHS policies and procedures
- Ability to listen to and follow instructions
- Full working rights in Australia
- Own PPE gear
Highly Regarded:
- Additional tickets such as Excavator, Loader, Backhoe, Dump Truck, Skid Steer, EWP, or other plant
- Confined Space, Working at Heights, Electrical Spotter, Dogman, HR Licence, RIW, etc.
