We’re looking for an experienced State Operations Manager to lead and optimise multi-site operations across the state. Richlands location.
This role sits at the heart of the business and is ideal for a hands-on leader who genuinely enjoys working with people. The operations team is highly tenured, proud of what they do, and known for a supportive, family-style culture where everyone pitches in and looks out for each other.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage state-wide operational performance across multiple sites
- Support, coach and develop Operations Managers, Supervisors and teams
- Drive KPI performance, productivity, asset management and cost control
- Ensure product quality meets customer and business standards
- Manage remote depots and contractor performance
- Champion safety, OH&S and environmental compliance
- Lead operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with quality systems, audits and operational standards
- Proven senior operations leadership experience (manufacturing, logistics or industrial environments preferred)
- Strong people leader who values teamwork and trust
- Safety-focused with strong OH&S knowledge and experience
- Confident communicator across all levels of the business
- Commercially minded, organised and comfortable managing multiple sites
