We're seeking experienced Surface Labourers and Trade Assistants based in Mount Isa, with a strong background in the resources sector. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience across copper, lead, and zinc operations and a proven ability to support different operations. Site-ready candidates highly desirable. We have roles available for immediate start as well as a solid pipeline of future opportunities.

Flexible roster options available depending on operational needs: various pay rates based on roster and experience.
- 7/7 roster
- 2/1 roster
- 4/4 roster
Key Responsibilities
- Mechanical and industrial cleaning across plant areas
- High-pressure cleaning using various tools and equipment
- Manual labour tasks including shovelling and site clean-up
- Assisting in preparing plant areas for inspection
- Operating safely within lead environments (strict PPE requirements apply)
Requirements
- Available for immediate start
- Manual Driver's Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential)
- Previous experience in labouring or TA roles (highly regarded)
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Site inducted / site-ready candidates highly desirable
