• Monday to Thursday: 10-hour shifts
• Friday: 8-hour shift

Lead Met Plant Attendants -
$46.40/hr
• 4 days on / 4 days off / 4 nights on
• 12-hour shifts
Copper Smelter Met Plant Attendants -
$46.40/hr
• 2 days on, 24 hours off, 2 nights on, 4 days off
Road Labourers
- $39.33/hr
• Monday to Friday
Day Gang Operators
- $46.40/hr
• 4 days on / 4 days off (day shift only, 12-hour shifts)
Matte Tappers -
$46.40/hr
• 2 days on, 24 hours off, 2 nights on, 4 days off
What you'll do
• Manual labour, cleaning, and plant maintenance
• Operate pressure cleaners/water blasting
• Work in hot, confined, and at-height environments
• Sample materials, take readings, support production
• Use tools, complete checks, and work in teams
What you'll need
• Current Australian manual drivers licence (P2 minimum preferred; manual highly regarded)
• Strong labouring or industrial background (entry level considered)
• Physically fit and capable of working in hot, demanding environments
• Willingness to wear required PPE, including respirators when needed
