Rosters
• Various roster options available
• 4/4 rotating day and night shifts (2D/2N or 4D/4N, 4 days off)
• Monday to Friday - 48-hour week
• Local Mount Isa candidates only
Key Responsibilities
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Perform manual handling tasks
• Maintain high workplace safety standards
• Work effectively in hot and physically demanding environments
• Monitor fixed and mobile plant equipment for safe operation
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Perform cleaning duties, including offices, crib rooms, workshops and change houses (mopping, sweeping, restocking consumables, etc.)
Requirements
• Current Australian Driver's Licence (Open C Class preferred)
• Must be a Mount Isa resident
• Previous industrial, labouring or cleaning experience highly regarded
• Ability to wear PPE and be clean-shaven where required
• Strong time management skills and a solid work ethic
• Proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement
• Ability to pass a low-risk medical and JTE
