AWX are currently seeking reliable and hard-working Manufacturing & Production Operators to join a leading building materials manufacturer based in Wacol. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with the potential to transition to permanent employment for the right candidates.
Location: Wacol
Pay Rate: $33.14 $34.81 per hour (shift and skill dependent)
Overtime: Available at $49.71+ per hour
Employment: Temp to Perm Opportunity

Key Duties:
- Operating manufacturing and production machinery
- Stacking, sorting and packaging concrete and masonry products
- Conducting quality checks on finished products
- Manual handling and repetitive lifting
- Loading and unloading production lines
- Operating forklifts (where licensed)
- Housekeeping and maintaining a safe work environment
What We're Looking For:
- Previous manufacturing, production or labouring experience
- Forklift licence highly regarded
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transport and valid driver's licence
- Own PPE including long sleeve shirt, long pants and steel cap boots
- Availability for overtime when required
