The roles
We’re seeking Electrical Technicians to support the installation and maintenance of traffic signals, street lighting and ITS equipment.
These roles involve fault-finding, testing and maintaining electrical infrastructure, as well as working with CCTV, fibre, communications and vehicle detection systems. Team members are expected to complete all work safely and to the required electrical and WHS standards, so attention to detail and a safety-first mindset are essential.

The roles
We’re seeking Electrical Technicians to support the installation and maintenance of traffic signals, street lighting and ITS equipment.

What they’ll do
Duties include (but aren’t limited to):
- Install, maintain and repair traffic signals, street lighting and ITS equipment.
- Fault-find, test and maintain electrical infrastructure.
- Work with CCTV, fibre, communications and vehicle detection systems.
- Complete work safely and to required electrical and WHS standards.
What they’ll need
- Queensland Electrical Mechanic Licence - essential
- CPR & LVR
- White Card
- Queensland C Class Driver's Licence
- Relevant electrical experience in traffic signals, street lighting, infrastructure, industrial maintenance or field service
- Basic hand tools
Highly regarded
- MR Licence
- EWP over 11m
- Working in Proximity to Traffic - Parts 1 & 2
- ACMA Open Cabler registration with fibre, structured or coaxial endorsements
